Customer environments are hosted in Australia and logically separated. Customer data is not used to train a shared public model.

Activity and retention
Agent activity can be logged and monitored. Data retention settings are agreed according to operational and governance needs.
Resilience and incidents
Backup, recovery, maintenance and security incident responsibilities are documented for the agreed managed service.
Standards
The environment is designed in alignment with recognised information-security and AI-management principles. This statement does not claim an independent platform certification.
